Création de Factures
1. Création de Factures
- ⹠Naviguez vers le Générateur de Factures depuis le menu principal
- ⹠Remplissez les détails de votre entreprise dans la section De
- âą Ajoutez les informations du client dans la section Ă
- ⹠Cliquez sur l'icÎne d'engrenage des paramÚtres dans la section Articles pour activer/désactiver les colonnes de remise
- ⹠Utilisez le bouton Ajouter Article pour ajouter de nouveaux éléments de ligne
2. Managing Invoice Items
- âą Click the settings gear icon in the Items section to enable/disable discount columns
- âą Use the Add Item button to add new line items
- âą Per-item discounts can be enabled from the items header menu
- âą Amounts are automatically calculated based on rate Ă quantity - discount
- âą Delete items using the trash icon
3. Electronic Invoice Standards
- âą PEPPOL: European standard for electronic invoicing
- âą EN 16931: European electronic invoice standard
- âą UBL XML: Universal Business Language XML format
- âą Export options are available in the Settings panel on the right
- âą Configure standards in Settings â Invoice Settings
4. Language & Localization
- âą Use the language dropdown in the header to change interface language

Export & Integration Guide
Exporting to PEPPOL
- Complete your invoice with all required business and client information
- Ensure tax rates and business numbers are filled in
- Go to the Settings panel on the right side
- Click âExport PEPPOLâ button
- The system will generate a PEPPOL-compliant XML file
- Upload the file to your chosen PEPPOL access point
Exporting to UBL XML
- Fill in all invoice details including items and totals
- Navigate to Settings panel
- Click âExport UBL XMLâ button
- The system generates a UBL 2.1 compliant XML file
- Use the file with your accounting system or e-invoicing platform
Accounting System Integration
- Go to Settings â Invoice Settings
- Select your accounting system from the dropdown
- Configure integration settings if available
- Export invoices in compatible formats
- Import into your chosen accounting system
Supported systems: QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Wave, Zoho Books, and more.
