Tworzenie Faktur

1. Tworzenie Faktur

  • Przejdź do generatora faktur
  • Wypełnij dane firmy
  • Dodaj informacje o kliencie
  • Kliknij ikonę ustawień
  • Użyj przycisku 'Dodaj Pozycję'

2. Managing Invoice Items

  • • Click the settings gear icon in the Items section to enable/disable discount columns
  • • Use the Add Item button to add new line items
  • • Per-item discounts can be enabled from the items header menu
  • • Amounts are automatically calculated based on rate × quantity - discount
  • • Delete items using the trash icon

Export & Integration Guide

Exporting to PEPPOL

  1. Complete your invoice with all required business and client information
  2. Ensure tax rates and business numbers are filled in
  3. Go to the Settings panel on the right side
  4. Click “Export PEPPOL” button
  5. The system will generate a PEPPOL-compliant XML file
  6. Upload the file to your chosen PEPPOL access point

Exporting to UBL XML

  1. Fill in all invoice details including items and totals
  2. Navigate to Settings panel
  3. Click “Export UBL XML” button
  4. The system generates a UBL 2.1 compliant XML file
  5. Use the file with your accounting system or e-invoicing platform

Accounting System Integration

  1. Go to Settings → Invoice Settings
  2. Select your accounting system from the dropdown
  3. Configure integration settings if available
  4. Export invoices in compatible formats
  5. Import into your chosen accounting system

Supported systems: QuickBooks, Xero, FreshBooks, Sage, NetSuite, Wave, Zoho Books, and more.
