Tworzenie Faktur
1. Tworzenie Faktur
- • Przejdź do generatora faktur
- • Wypełnij dane firmy
- • Dodaj informacje o kliencie
- • Kliknij ikonę ustawień
- • Użyj przycisku 'Dodaj Pozycję'
2. Managing Invoice Items
- • Click the settings gear icon in the Items section to enable/disable discount columns
- • Use the Add Item button to add new line items
- • Per-item discounts can be enabled from the items header menu
- • Amounts are automatically calculated based on rate × quantity - discount
- • Delete items using the trash icon

Export & Integration Guide
Exporting to PEPPOL
- Complete your invoice with all required business and client information
- Ensure tax rates and business numbers are filled in
- Go to the Settings panel on the right side
- Click “Export PEPPOL” button
- The system will generate a PEPPOL-compliant XML file
- Upload the file to your chosen PEPPOL access point
Exporting to UBL XML
- Fill in all invoice details including items and totals
- Navigate to Settings panel
- Click “Export UBL XML” button
- The system generates a UBL 2.1 compliant XML file
- Use the file with your accounting system or e-invoicing platform
Accounting System Integration
- Go to Settings → Invoice Settings
- Select your accounting system from the dropdown
- Configure integration settings if available
- Export invoices in compatible formats
- Import into your chosen accounting system

Invoice Creation
- • Always include complete business registration numbers

- • Verify recipient can receive electronic invoices
- • Check PEPPOL participant directory
- • Validate XML before sending
